When we heard there was a new brewery in town, we were barley (BARLEY, get it?) able to contain ourselves in wanting the first sip of the newest Houston-brewed goodness. 

Buffalo Bayou Brewing Company is a new twist on an old craft and they invite you to hop forward into their beer revolution. Buff Brew combines cutting-edge technology and techniques with wildly sourced ingredients like hibiscus, ginger and other fun, non-traditional beer flavors. Their mission is to create beers that  honor the pioneering history of Texas and to celebrate the adventurous spirit of a city built on outlaws and invention. In fact, their first flagship brew "1836" is named for the year Houston began, founded on the banks of the bayou.
