The Pumpkins are smashed, the Turkeys have flown and the Christmas decorations are all around... is it already that time of year? Holy $h*t, where's the Tylenol?!!   It's time for another holiday update from Culture Pilot.

What's new with us?
So much! In the midst of it all, we turned 8 this year. Eight is great and we're reminded how thankful we are to continually operate on a referral-only basis. Rarely do we get a chance to step back and thank you, our friends, clients and collaborators, for everything you do and the kindness you share. You mean the world to us and we're grateful beyond words. Seriously! We mean it! All of you! We wouldn't be here without you.

What's next for us?
Outside of some exciting new projects that we can't wait to share with you, and our continued push for modern browsers and open web technologies, we're looking forward to more collaborations with our peers and the growth of C2 Creative.

In March, C2 Creative will host creatives from all over the world at our 4th annual Houston event at SxSW. In collaboration with a slew of amazing Houston creative agencies, the C2xSW "All of Where the Wild Things Are Interaction-Packed" event will continue to highlight Houston as a creative hub for national touring organizations, events and initiatives. SxSW goers, stay tuned!

In addition, we are happy to announce that plans for Chapter 3 of TEDx Houston are moving full speed ahead. As always, we'll be reaching out to our community for input on what you'd like to see featured in this next iteration. More details to come on both these inspiring events. Ready to get involved? We're also excited to announce our two latest passion players...
Please help us welcome the newest Culture Pilots - Gina Miller and Erma Miller! Both named Miller, both can rock a good hat. (no relation, we swear)

After nearly six years over at SugarHill Studios, Gina is our new communications directing, office managing, project expediting, dot connecting, event curating, music advocating, local native, skin care fanatic, topo chica. Whew! Wait, did we mention she's also in a band? Dearest friends and clients, you'll be hearing a lot more of her lovely voice.

And we're pleased to introduce Erma... as our good friend Chris Everson put it, Erma is our newest Culture Pilot design warrior. Kapow! We completely agree. Interesting fact: Before working as a graphic designer, Erma built yachts in Michigan. And for such a warrior, she's really nice too!

2012 is looking bright and we hope you'll join us as we collaborate to bring you more fun in and around Culture Pilot, C2 Creative, SxSW, TEDx Houston, Stages Theater, Buffalo Bayou Brewing, cuteheads, Bayou City Art Festival and... well... stay tuned! :)
